As you continue to breathe deeply, visualize a staircase with ten steps leading down to a place of profound tranquillity. With each step you take, feel yourself becoming more deeply relaxed. You are safe, supported, and at ease. Ten, taking the first step down, nine, deeper still, eight, each step guiding you further into relaxation, seven, halfway there now, six, feeling a profound sense of calm, five, deeper with each number, four, almost at the bottom, three, deeply relaxed, two, nearly there, and one, completely relaxed and at peace.
Deepener
In this state of deep relaxation, imagine yourself in a serene location. It might be a tranquil beach, a quiet forest, or any place where you feel completely at ease. Visualize the details of this place, the colours, sounds, and sensations. Notice how peaceful you feel here. In this special place, you find an even deeper level of calm. With every breath, you sink deeper into the soft embrace of tranquillity. Feel the environment around you, nurturing and replenishing your spirit. As you explore this place, you notice a gentle, soothing light enveloping you, warming and comforting. This light represents a deeper level of relaxation, and as it surrounds you, feel yourself letting go of all remaining tension. With each word I speak, you drift deeper into this peaceful state. You are completely safe here, free from all worries and stress. The deeper you go, the more comfortable and relaxed you become. Feel this sense of peace infusing every part of your being, bringing with it a profound sense of calm and tranquillity. You are now in a state of deep hypnosis, perfectly relaxed and open to positive suggestions.
Body
