Preamble

Today’s session is centred around the theme of increasing productivity. In our fast-paced world, productivity is often seen as the key to success, both personally and professionally. However, achieving a consistent level of high productivity can be challenging. Distractions, lack of motivation, and inefficient work habits can hinder our ability to perform at our best. The goal is to cultivate a mindset and develop strategies that not only boost productivity but also ensure that it’s sustainable and healthy. Through this session, we aim to unlock your potential to be more productive, focusing on quality rather than quantity, and making the most of the time you dedicate to your tasks and goals.

Induction

Now, let’s begin the process of entering a hypnotic state. Make yourself comfortable, either sitting or lying down, in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in, filling your lungs completely. As you exhale, allow any tension in your body to release. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed. Now, focus on your feet and imagine a wave of relaxation rising from them, moving up through your legs, your torso, and into your chest. Feel this wave of calmness spreading to your arms, hands, and fingertips, releasing all the stress and tension. As this wave moves up through your neck and head, your mind becomes peaceful and serene. With each breath, you sink deeper into relaxation, feeling safe and secure.

Deepener

As you are now in a relaxed state, let’s deepen this experience. Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase with ten steps leading down. With each number I count, you will take a step down, going deeper into relaxation.

Ten, take the first step, feeling more relaxed.

Nine, going deeper.

Eight, your body feels lighter with each step.

Seven, your mind is calm and clear.

Six, every sound and breath takes you deeper.

Five, you’re halfway there, feeling completely at peace.

Four, deeper into relaxation.

Three, almost at the bottom, feeling deeply relaxed.

Two, one more step to complete tranquillity.

One, now you are at the deepest level of relaxation, ready to embrace the power of your subconscious mind.

Body

In this deeply relaxed state, your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and changes. As you listen, let these words flow into your mind, gently embedding themselves into your thoughts and actions.

Imagine yourself in a place where you feel most productive. It could be a room, an office, or any space where you feel focused and efficient. Notice how it feels to be in this space, the sense of control and clarity. Here, you are at your best, capable of accomplishing tasks with ease and confidence.

As you settle into this space, begin to understand that productivity is not about doing more things in less time; it’s about doing the right things effectively. It’s about prioritizing tasks, focusing on what truly matters. Your mind now starts to embrace this understanding, aligning your actions with your goals.

Every day, you find yourself becoming more organized. You start your day with a clear plan, knowing what needs to be accomplished. You set realistic goals, breaking down larger tasks into manageable steps. As you do this, you feel a sense of achievement with each step you complete. This feeling motivates you, driving you to stay focused and on track.

Your subconscious mind now recognizes distractions and effortlessly steers you away from them. You find it easier to concentrate, maintaining your focus for longer periods. You are in control of your attention, choosing to focus on tasks that align with your goals. This control brings a profound sense of accomplishment, fuelling your desire to be productive.

You begin to notice that you’re making more efficient use of your time. You’re able to identify and eliminate unproductive habits, replacing them with actions that enhance your productivity. You find joy in being efficient, feeling a sense of pride in your ability to manage your time effectively.

Whenever you encounter a thought that hinders your productivity, such as “I can’t do this,” or “This is too hard,” you gently challenge this thought. Replace it with a positive, empowering statement like “I am capable, and I can tackle this one step at a time.” This shift in mindset transforms challenges into opportunities for growth and learning.

In your productive space, you also understand the importance of balance. You recognize that rest and relaxation are crucial for maintaining high productivity. You allow yourself time to rejuvenate, understanding that this is not time wasted, but rather an investment in your well-being and efficiency.

Three, your mind is clear and alert.

Four, take a deep breath in, feeling revitalized.

Five, open your eyes, fully awake, feeling fantastic and ready to embrace the day. You return to your waking state feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more productive than ever.

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion

Each time you say to yourself, “I am focused,” your subconscious mind will reinforce your ability to concentrate and be productive.
