Notice how your body becomes more relaxed with each breath, sinking deeper into comfort. Your shoulders relax, your arms feel heavier, and your mind becomes more open and receptive. With every word I say, allow yourself to drift deeper into relaxation, feeling safe and secure.

Imagine a gentle wave of relaxation starting from the top of your head, flowing down through your body. It eases down your neck, over your shoulders, flowing through your arms, and down to your fingertips. This wave of relaxation continues down your spine, through your torso, and into your legs. Feel how this wave carries away all tension, leaving you deeply relaxed and at peace.

Deepener

As you continue to relax, each breath takes you deeper into a state of profound relaxation. Imagine now a staircase in front of you, leading down to an even deeper level of calmness. This staircase has ten steps, and with each step you take, feel yourself going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

With the first step, you feel a wave of calm wash over you. As you take the second step, your mind becomes more peaceful, and your body more relaxed. With each step you descend, the deeper and more tranquil you become. Step three, four, five, you are halfway down, feeling twice as relaxed as before.

With step six, seven, eight, you’re going deeper, feeling a profound sense of peace enveloping you. Step nine, almost at the bottom, feeling completely relaxed and at ease. And on step ten, you find yourself in the deepest state of relaxation you have ever experienced. In this state, your mind is open, receptive, and ready to embrace positive changes and new perspectives.

Body

In this deeply relaxed state, your mind is open and receptive, like a calm, still lake, ready to reflect new ideas and perspectives. Imagine yourself now in your workplace, observing the environment with a sense of detachment and calm. You are safe and in control here, in this space of inner tranquillity.

As you look around, you might notice moments of disagreement or conflict. These are natural occurrences in any workplace. But see yourself responding to these situations not with stress or tension, but with a sense of understanding and calm. You have the ability to listen, truly listen, to others, hearing not just their words but understanding their perspectives. As you do this, you find that solutions to conflicts become clearer, more obvious.
