Now that you are feeling deeply relaxed, imagine yourself standing at the top of a beautiful staircase. This staircase represents your journey into an even deeper state of relaxation and focus. There are ten steps, and with each step you take, you will feel more deeply relaxed and more attuned to your inner self. Begin to descend the staircase, stepping down from ten to nine, feeling more relaxed with each step. With each number, your relaxation doubles, feeling eight times, then seven times more relaxed.
