Ten, going deeper; nine, more and more relaxed; eight, letting go of all tension; seven, deeper still; six, feeling a profound sense of calm; five, halfway there, completely relaxed; four, feeling serenity wash over you; three, almost at the bottom; two, feeling deeply, deeply relaxed; one, now you are in a state of deep relaxation. In this peaceful state, your subconscious mind is receptive and open to the ideas and suggestions that will help you build resilience in the workplace. Your mind is like fertile soil, ready to receive the seeds of resilience that will grow and flourish in your professional life.

Body

In this deeply relaxed state, imagine yourself in your workplace. Notice the environment around you, the sounds, the sights. Here, in this space, you are safe and at ease.
